Concierge Advocacy Services for 2026-2027

This plan provides the level of service you are accustomed to, plus more proactive support throughout the year. This model was designed with specific families in mind: parents who are already juggling a lot, neurodivergent folks who find the mental load of managing a complex school relationship particularly taxing, and families whose teams need consistent, ongoing nudging to do right by their child. Like in a retainer model, the annual fee is divided over 12 monthly payments, allowing for a predictable monthly investment in advocacy services. The contract runs from August 1st, 2026 to July 31st, 2027.

Inclusions:

● Support for drafting or updating a one-page profile to use at back-to-school

● Support and attendance at October check-in meeting (parent prep call, emailing input to the team, meeting attendance, debrief, and follow up documentation)

● Advocate outreach to case manager and parent at report card times to ensure progress monitoring is received

● Support and attendance at IEP annual review (parent prep call, emailing input to the team, meeting attendance, debrief, and follow up documentation)

● Development of IEP goal tracking document personalized to your child’s IEP

● At least one outreach per month from advocate to parent prompting a moment of reflection on what’s happening, in order to problem solve issues early and identify any major tasks for the upcoming month

● Support and attendance at any other team meetings that are necessary during the course of the school year

● Problem solving as needed through additional consultation calls and email communication

Investment:

$399.00 flat monthly fee (August 1st-July 31st)

Families whose children undergo a planned special education re-evaluation during the 2026–27 school year will receive advocacy support throughout that process at a higher monthly rate of $530.00, reflecting the increased time and involvement re-evaluations require. On average, re-evaluations require approximately 10 hours of advocacy support.

Please note the hourly rate for typical services next year is $160.00, with a 6-hour package offered for $900.00.
